Dharamshala: Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama on Monday interacted with a group of Tibetan youths who had gathered at the former’s residence for a private audience.
“Wherever you go, never forget that you are a Tibetan,” His Holiness the Dalai Lama said as the young group knelt down with folded hands in expression of devotion and respect. “As Tibetans, we share a spiritual connection with Chenrezig (Eng: Buddha of Compassion) therefore we should always be kindhearted.”
He reminded them that in every community, Tibetans have earned a reputation of being kind, honest and good people and that must be upheld. “Local Indians who live around the Tibetan communities and also people in abroad say that Tibetans are honest, kind and really good people.”
