Once you have tasted the feeling of inner relaxation,
Your body will be your best guide.
Tarthang Tulku in: Kum Nye – Tibetan Yoga

When we learn to open our senses and get directly in contact with our feelings, body and mind directly become united. Our experiences deepen, healthier and more beautiful. When we get to know ourselves better this way, our relationship with others will also become deeper and more satisfying. Through experiencing our feelings deeply we can discover, that joy is present in being itself and that this joy gradually opens to us.

Kum Nye is suitable for people of all ages and any level of fitness and flexibility. This Tibetan Yoga is a holistic system of healing, which dates back to ancient texts of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Its goal is to relax the flow of energy in the body and to gain optimal health and vitality. The practice was brought to the West by Tarthang Tulku and was adapted to suit the needs of modern times. It awakens and integrates our energies and facilitates relaxation, revitalization and presence of mind.
